Welcome

Daughter Annie supervises the production of Spider-Man 2099
(1995)

This year marks my 40th year of drawing comic books professionally — high time I think both to review the work so far, and to look ahead to what’s next!

Click on the Gallery to see comic book pages from the early days all the way through to the present. These pieces have been selected for their rarity, their story-telling quality, the brilliance of their inking — sometimes all three! Included are pages from issues which were never published, as well as assorted sketch work. The Gallery listings are mirrored in the Store section, along with prices, for those interested in purchasing original art.

In the Event Schedule section, please check out my calendar of upcoming convention appearances and store signings. Come say hi! Here is where you’ll also find contact info if you’re interested in booking me at your show or comic shop. For those who may be considering a school or workshop booking, you can find a brief CV here detailing my teaching experience.

Lastly, at Upcoming you can follow the progress of what I’m working on right now, and just possibly get sneak peeks at stories about to be published!

One future tab I’m considering will highlight Storytelling. I’ll try to break down a particular plot point I’ve encountered in the work flow, and detail the thought process in resolving it, showing the steps in the actual drawing along the way.

As my schedule permits, I’ll also be adding a Commissions tab where I can go sidebar with those of you interested in pieces drawn to order.

I hope you enjoy the site! Don’t forget to check back regularly for progress and improvements, because of course everything is… To Be Continued!
